Mostly pleased, but was pretty irritated with how long it took to get the EV car deduction form. Not sure if I’ll switch back to turbo tax or not.

Computer was online with working Internet and none of the help links would work in the tool, it told me I was offline. Very infuriating and they should not need Internet to begin with. Likely trying a competitor for the first time ever next season
