On top of the issues you guys were having this year, I purchased the Federal and State package; however, when I went to file my State taxes, I was required to purchase the State tax software again.

I have a brokerage account and they trad constantly. That usually means a lot of paperwork at tax time. Not with H&R Block. I just used the automated feature and let H&R Block software download the necessary information from the brokerage and fill out the forms for me. Easy Peasy!

Seems that the updates don't work as well as expected, I am almost certain that I could of gotten a bigger refund. But The Fed's want all your money, and the state, wants the rest of it.

Have only used HRB for every return in my entire life, over 22 years. This year was the last. If your product does not work when it needs to, then what is the point?
