When doing a paper return the program insisted I must include several attachments that I knew did not need to be included. I updated the program and kept checking it. It took weeks before they corrected that error. Stupid!

I purchased this after the beginning of the year, not only was it not updated, there were errors in calculations that delayed filing. I’ve use them for decades, but may use someone else next year
