I had everything entered and saved went in to enter one thing it was gone my sons last year 2022 return was in place of our 2023 return had to start over I had heart surgery and really didn’t need to do it twice been using this software for over 10 years no issues until this year
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your help system is horrible. Tried (I don't know how many times) to get some questions answered. Never did happen. Kept getting put at the bottom of list. Closest i ever got was #5. Will try turbo next year.
