I have used this product for several years. I am quite happy with the outcome. I reduced it a star due to adjusting prior entries, after reviewing days later. I find it difficult to find-navigate back to a particular item, even when using the search.

Incorrectly reported our Taxes, and we owe again

We submitted our taxes and got the good to go report so we submitted them. Three weeks later the IRS sent us a letter stating we owe an additional $800+ from what was reported.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HR Block product for over 10 years. Always had no problems. Now that I am required to take RMDs from several retirement accounts, I got bogged down a little with the finance language. I also was not able the find where some of the items filled in automatically came from. Software needs a glossary/dictionary to explain some of the financial terms. I
