I really like using H&R Block software because they help fill the correct boxes and ask the pertinent questions based on what I'm filling in. Also the peace of mind if I were to be audited. I can get my taxes done and sent in 1 day.

I waited until Sunday before tax day to file. The servers were down when I went to file and stayed down until Monday evening. I was happy to finally be able to file before missing the deadline. Not the greatest feeling with the unknown but it worked out, luckily.

I have used this software for more years than I can remember without a problem. However this year there was an error in my Ohio School District Return. Even though the program review before filing said there was none. While I answered I was a full time resident the software posted part time. Luckily I had a refund so I was not penalized when I received a letter from Ohio Department of Taxation with my corrected return.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
