I have been using for years but apparently there was an issue with the IRS not recognizing my birthdate. I could not figure out why my return was being rejected but they chrged me every time I tried to resubmit my return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to use Turbo Tax for years, but switched to H&R Block 5 years ago. Since then I am using this nice software. It has been equally good at a lower price

I have used H&R Block program from when it used to be TaxCut. Always found easy to use. And very reliable. Although I do wish it was capable of efiling my State return as well, even when I itemize my work expenses. This has been the case for the past couple years, where because I itemize my work expenses, it now does not allow me to e-file my state returns.
