I have complained about this in the past, but seems nothing ever happens. The Arizona state package does NOT include form 352. As a result, I have to print form 352 and paper file my AZ return. This sucks and should be easily fixed, but as I said, have complained before and nothing is done.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had to mail in my return because the software did not include form 8911, with is primarily commercial but is required for consumer credit related to installation of electric vehicle charging equipment.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been using H&R Block tax software for many years and have never felt the need to try any others. It's easy, very straightforward, and I know I can trust then. The only thing that could be improved is the error checking, specifically the alerts. Once they are viewed maybe they should not keep coming up when you recheck. Not a big deal but slightly annoying.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
