I've been using H&R Block Deluxe for 4 years now. Switched from another well-known tax preparation program. The H&R Block tax prep is easier to use, more intuitive and before you finish there's an automatic part that lets you check for mistakes. It's easy to upload my previous data without me having to fill in the name, ss#, address, etc for each year.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've used this program for several years. However, this is the first year my state return was "audited" and in my favor. Apparently there was something that I left out, which the program should have caught.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for over 20 years. I've leveraged the application for the simplest of taxes for my children to complex self-employment and investment tax situations. I believe H&R Block has kept my tax burden at an absolute minimum and has kept our taxes inline with Federal/State tax laws for many year - and done it all with a simple to navigate piece of software!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I have used this software for many years without any issues, even when filing in the last 1-2 days. This year the issues with electronic filing on April 14-15 was very discouraging. Not sure if I will use this again next year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I have used the software for several years now and have found it to be excellent and easy to use. I would like to see a feature added that would allow the user to manage the font size of the screen to make it easier to see. I find it difficult at times to read the small print.
