I've used H&R Block Delux + State for several years, and overall, I'm happy with it.
Problems include obscure warnings with no obvious resolution and insufficient guidance for many of the inputs.
I plan to keep using it, though - it's better than anything else I've used.

I continue to request, for 4 years now, without any action a way to download an excel template to enter W-2G data. The user would then press the prompt to upload and merge the data into the respective forms to which the User would verify their accuracy. This would eliminate the pain of entering each W-2G one by one when the casino name and address and other pieces of the data is the same. The process today is extremely inefficient.
