I bought the kit that said "Federal + State" on the box. I still had to pay to file my state taxes. False advertisement, bait and switch. Looking forward to the IRS implementing their own free online tax filing system.

If you can allow repeat users a discount on you software. Most vendors allow you the buy the core software and charge just for the upgrade. You company charging the core price every year is hard on fixed income tax payers. I have used you application for the passed 20 years.

Bad connection to internet and financial insititut

I have used it for years, but this year I was unable to make it connect to my financial institutions because I could not get it to recognize that I had an Internet connection. So, I had to put all the detailed information into the software by hand, and I was pretty frustrated by that. I tried very hard to make it connect to the internet, reinstalling it all, and it was just impossible, I am seriously considering returning to Intuit.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
