I have never done our taxes before. I had lots of questions so was glad to see answers I needed. If I didn’t know the answer you could call their answer “hotline.” The problem was I didn’t understand some of the questions so started
calling the call center everytime. Finally I got someone that explained what I needed. So got it finished. It will be better next year

Keep coming back to this software every year. Why go to a preparer to have them charge me preparation fees just to tell me I owe more taxes when I can do it myself with this software at home.
