This is the second year we have used H&R Block Deluxe with state tax. It is easy to navigate and to stop and come back to it another day. I see no reason that I will ever try a different software.

Was good - Just don't buy an EV and expect forms.

I've used Block deluxe for over 20 years. It's failed me twice. Both times were because I bought an EV and they weren't ready with the forms. One year I had to switch to the turbo software. This year I had to wait painfully though multiple updates. I may just switch next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this program third year in a row. Instructions were confusing at times. Plus, there was no way to get ahold of a human to explain the confusion. Last, once I finally finished and thought I sent the return to the IRS, I immediately got confirmation that it had been sent. Then later, I found out that I hadn't...which meant my return was sent in late. Really sucks.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
