I have been using H & R Block software for my taxes for many years. My dad was an accountant and taught me to do my own taxes over 50 years ago. I first went digital with Turbo Tax but changed to H & R many years ago. I find their program very user friendly and the interview process thorough. Anyone should be able to do their own taxes with this program. Highly recommend.

A good income tax program for individuals. One flaw, on charitable contributions of property. If you change the amount of property donated, it doesn't change the figure from the original one entered, it holds on to the original amount, resulting in incorrect charitable contribution of property.

This software is outstanding - I've been using it for 20 years. It works amazingly well for standard returns (and I also used the other popular brand for comparison this year). This year I was a little disappointed in its handling of a specific situation - energy credit for qualifying energy purchase. I had to consult the IRS website - never fun.
