I have used H&R Block S/W for several years but their are some deficiencies that are annoying. When I click on a box that has a dollar amount, there should be a table showing how the s/w calculated the value. Electronic filing was very easy.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I receive a 1099R annually for my pension. There was a section on your software that kept telling me and asking me if I received the required RMD since I received a 1099R. I had difficulty moving forward with my taxes since your software assumed my 1099R was for RMD.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
