I’ve used the software for more than 5 years. The interview format is easy to use and seems comprehensive.
I’m not happy that as a valued repeat customer if I click on one link it costs me $5 more than another link from a different promotion.
Charging me extra for state filing is a problem. I already paid for software to file my taxes. It feels like a rip off.

I've been using this product for more than 15 years - that says something!
If your taxes are simple OR you understand where your money comes from/how it is categorized, this is the product for you. If you want to throw all of your receipts and bills in a box - hire an accountant. I believe that it is important to know HOW to do your taxes, by hand, then chose to use a product like H&R Block to make it easier by adding the columns and reminding you of important deductions or sources of income.
Warning -- if you use State tax credits or something else funky, this product will do the calculations; however, you will need to print and mail in the forms to the state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
