I have been using H&R Block to do my family's taxes since 2009, and have never had a problem. Block's software is user friendly,a person with no tax knowledge can do their own taxes saving hundreds of dollars.

I've used HR Block since 2012 and am overall quite satisfied with its performance. One area I wish they'd change is how downloaded stock transactions are processed. My managed investments generate 100's of stock sales every year. The app requires each one to be individually reviewed and accepted. It is very tedious and time-consuming to do this. I've never adjusted a single one. They are what they are as reported by my brokerage servicer. I wish I could accept all the transactions as is with one click.

For over thirty years, a customer. Most disappointing in the last five-plus years is the lack of connection to where a number comes from! Come on, every cell of every spread sheet has a source. It is helpful to swim upstream when debugging an issue, right?
