I have been using your software for 20 years and I have to say that I was very disappointed to find out that there is no version for Chromebook. My old laptop is almost unusable and made doing my taxes extremely tedious this year. Are there plans for a Chromebook version?

we have been using your program for years now . very pleased. the only drawback is when I have a question that needs to be answered by a real person I am not able to contact one. Even with all the Frequently asked question info or site to reference a live person would be nice.

I have been using this since it took over the Tax Cut program I started using in ‘99. Over the years I changed levels as income sources changed. This year I wasn’t sure about changing downward, but my income was just SS and retirement pension, pulse withdrawal from my retirement nest egg. I wish there was some tool that would allow me to put in my income sources and determine which level was enough.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
