I called for support twice. They couldn’t resolve my issue. The software wasn’t compatible to what WI needed for ID. I had to file a paper return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Tax software has gotten so expensive. Block has had competitive prices for the past several years. Just have to wait for the deals. If it goes much higher, I’ll do it myself. Price is the kicker. Functionality is second. So far, so good.
