It's very user friendly, the area needs to improve is on foreign tax paid, all the datas are there the software should be able to fill the reqired form instead of ask user to reenter the data individually

I’ve used H&R Block tax return software for years. It has been dependable and mostly easy. Updates, retirement, and investment processing made this year a bit difficult or at least delayed.

OK for Easy Stuff: Little Support for Fixing Error

I've been using this for 10 years or so, and it mostly does a good job. But it gets some of the more complex issues wrong, and there seems to be no interest in fixing those issues. They just keep appearing year after year.

However, my personal financial situation is fairly straight-forward, and I have no need to use all the tools available for tax professionals.
