I have used this product for over 15 years and have never had any problems. It takes only a few minutes to complete my taxes because everything is brought in from the previous year. I have no W2, only SSA and Pensions, which hardly change. My taxes are very simple and all I need is Basic plus state. I have never found such a combination and it is too expensive to purchase the state later so I aways use the Deluxe+state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

I generally like the product a lot. One area that could use improvement is in the part that handles side income. The text could explain more Bout exactly how to determine the type of side income. This was the first time I have done side income and found it very unclear.

I was disappointed in the explanations of questions. For instance, I got rejected 4 times because the software did not explain my wife and my AGI would be the same number if we filed jointly previous year.
