Been using your software for many years. Always a 5-star review, except this year there was a rare issue.
Data kept jumping to different places (ie. interest numbers moving from bank A to bank B).

I started a new return, re-entered the data and everything was fine.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

KEPT GETTING REJECTED! COULDN'T E-FILE

I was never able to e-file my taxes because they kept being rejected (10 times!) I got a message saying that Payers Name and ID number from Form 1099R doesn't match Payer ID in the IRS Records. It matched the forms we got though. i tried the help line but they said that help was offered only taxes were submitted, but mine couldn't be submitted because they were rejected (10 times!). I don't know if it was a software glitch or not. I ended up printing and mailing my returns. I will never use this program again!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t file State Electonicaly without added fee

It is a shame that you can file your Federal return electronically but not your State, Afterall you paid for the program!

Fairly easy to use, but could use some further details around some questions. E-filing experience is a bit fragmented, especially with regards to payments. Paying sales tax on a fee to file your taxes is an insult to injury, but that isn't your issue.
