I have used H&R Blocks software for many years. It is so easy to set up and is definitely "User Friendly" . I love the fact that every year the software downloads everything you need from a previous year's tax return to start a new return. It walks you through every step of the way!

This is the sixth year using this tax software. I've been mostly satisfied with results. I did need to call for assistance on one item that wasn't clear xas to what it needed, but while talking on the phone with support, I was able to figure out the results and gave the answer to them.
