I have used H&R Block tax software for more than 5 years. It's a good product, error-free, time saver, and great value.
The one drawback is not carrying forward all the information from previous years required to fill out the next year's return. This is a minor glitch, but has become an irritant.

We have been using the deluxe package for several years and have always been satisfied with the results. We are retired professionals so don't consider ourselves idiots. This year seems we kept hitting roadblocks because we didn't understand what the software was asking us. People who deal with this all the time, it's plane as day.
