Could not import from Wells Fargo. Could not submit form 5329. Because of these, my taxes were rejected. I had to buy TurboTax, and then all was perfect. I should be refunded the money I spent for your worthless software.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For the most part H&R Block is simple to use and walks you through the appropriate questions for your situation. We have a lot of investments and it takes care of them easily and correctly. We use H&R Block because of issues with another software program. It does well on importing from pdf's and finance companies etc. Could do better on instructions for each form so you understand what is happening in the background. Also took several tries to get the 8606 filled out correctly, but that is not a common form most people need. We will continue to use for the foreseeable future.
