Mostly good. It could be improved for the more advanced items like 1256 trades and calculating underpayment penalty. Most areas have interviews to help you complete them but not the two above areas.

Won't be using you people again !

Its stressful enough doing taxes. Your program installed the code you need to process the final step to send the taxes and it put in in lower case ,it needed to be all capital. So now I need to find out WHERE THE CODE IS TO REINSTALL IT. Because of that I will no longer be using your service 🙃

Gets stuck on Data Validation Step

During accuracy reviews, the software allows correction of Issues, but keeps recycling after I complete the Data Validation step. I hit "Continue", but it just returns me to the Data Validation step. This needs to be fixed for future editions.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
