When I first did my return the program told me that an update was needed for a form and to click for info. When I followed the link the form I supposedly needed was not listed for any update. When I called, no one knew anything and started an investigation and would call me when they figured it out. The update finally came in, but this was much later than I ever filed before. Also in my state form I have to manually enter some info that is available on my previous year return.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this software two ways-
Prior to year-end, I create an estimated return to confirm I have paid sufficient tax to avoid underpayment penalties. I also determine how much of my Traditional IRA funds I can convert to Roth IRA without being bumped to a higher tax bracket. [H&R Block could make this easier]
And following year-end, I create my official filing returns.

This would be 5 stars if they let you easily go to the form and put information into the form yourself as opposed to letting the software do the form. You should be able to edit the form after the software has done the form. For instance, I do taxes. I felt the form was incorrect from the interview form. I was unable to check the actual form or edit it myself.
