It works well for most things. It still lacks in the stocks area as far as helping to understand sales for me, a novice.

I have been using HR Block software probably 2 decades now and remain a loyal user. My tax situation is pretty simple and straightforward, but tax laws and language have always been a challenge to me. The software takes the stress out of the process for me.

I used H&R Block software because, at one time, its more popular competitor would not allow you to load their program on two computers. In my case, I used one computer to complete the tax return software and another to print it. I have never looked back.

Reliability has decreased the past two or three years. This product used to be relatively error free. Now several updates are required to eliminate software bugs. It's disappointing to see an increase in software problems.
