I've been using HRB for over 20 years. Couple times, I've compared with TurboTax: HRB is easier, yields a better refund and IMHO is more accurate.

I started using this back when it was called Taxcut. Always reliable, easy use, and my taxes are done right because of it.
One thing I would improve is the price of buying a standalone extra State. I get the deluxe plus State bundle, which is nice, but then I need additional states. The cost of just one of those additional states is more than the bundled federal plus one state program. That’s not right. Especially when you bought the Main program already. They should drop the price for extra add on states.

Would be Perfect w/Simple Per-Page Print Buttons

I happily switched from Intuit Turbotax to H&R Block Deluxe Tax prep software years ago and never looked back! My only improvement advice, reported every year, is to add a simple “Print” button on every page of the creation process. So far nada…thanks Henry, you’ve earned youself a “4” vs “5”. Simple.
Cons: Time consuming
