Verified Purchase:Yes
The Federal information did not transfer correctly to the State return I recognized this and had to call the help line to guide me (over and hour on the phone) how to override information on the state form in order to file. I did not trust filing the state electronically so I had to print and mail the return. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I accept the initial cost for the software because I don’t have a choice. The added charge for electronic state filing should be outlawed. It costs you nothing extra and the state saves money. You should be embarrassed.
