Entered state refund amount. Rather than presenting questions to find out if taxable, said refer to tax codes to determine if table income. If I wanted to read tax codes, I would of never purchased this software.

The instructions, especially to start were incomplete. I don't remember the specific examples because too much time has passed, but I was told told to go somewhere, but had no instructions on how to get there. I literally had to guess, and click things to see what would happen. After I got into the tax part is was O.K. I was also unpleasantly surprised to find that I had to pay for filing the state taxes. The outside of the box did not say one word about that. I read the flyer inside, and the way it was written it sounded like you paid to file state taxes ONLY IF you asked for more state forms than what came with the purchased package.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
