I have used this for years and it is okay. At times have to go to the federal website to get answers that are not provided in the software either directly or by links to the federal site and that is a bit frustrating.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Bought the 2023 Deluxe before the official statements were issued and immediately started entering projected data. Once completed the program checked for potential error and it kept popping about potential error on my state refund from the previous year as potentially taxable. The previous year's data was downloaded from an HR block file and the previous year, I had claimed standard deductions, but somehow it wasn't flagged as such. Might not be a big deal but this simple oversight could have cost me a lot of time hunting for ways to correct a non-existent error.
