While the tool is generally easy to use, there are ways to make it more efficient. Some tax forms, like K-1's have things that are not handled by the software and have not been for a few years now.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have only one reason for this not being a 5-star rating: your platform is built on Microsoft Internet Explorer. They no longer support that browser, but luckily I was able to download IE for your software. Chrome or Edge have been out for years. Why haven’t you updated your end? Get after it.

I have used TurboTax several years and liked the simple user interface, but thought I'd give H&R Block a try since it appeared cheaper this year. However it did not seem as simple to work with as TurboTax, especially in going back to make corrections. Overall it did not seem as seamless as TurboTax.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
