The 2023 edition was one of your worst products in memory. I have been using your product and its predecessor versions since the MS-Dos versions. Never before I have seen so many errors in the Michigan state product and even in the federal 1040 product. You need a more robust quality control regimen.

I've been using H&R Block software for over 10 years, and intend to continue using it. The interface is familiar every year, and it gets the job done. I have no doubt it finds me the maximum refund, with minimal effort on my part. I just wish it was a little cheaper and didn't charge so much for e-filing state return.
