Pretty easy to use. Most questions have good examples and easy forms, but not all. They do always have hidden fees, like for electronic filing.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

The software was easy to use and did a great job helping answer my questions and get the forms filled out. Unfortunately, it would not allow me to file electronically before the filing deadline and I was forced to file an extension on paper and then file late. If I wanted to file late, I would not have spent money on software that advertises electronic filing.
