Your software is good but printing the return FAILS on a Mac. I had to use backdoor method to print the return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Been using H&R Block for 9 years now. It’s very easy to use and it covers everything that I need such as stock trades. I previously used TurboTax until they took away certain features and made it so you had to purchase an upgrade to use that feature. H&R has stayed the same. It’s reliable, reasonably priced, and very easy to use.

I wasn't impressed that you listed an institution as having downloadable 1099 forms, but your software failed to deal with the multifactor identification the institution required....someone didn't test your software very completely
