Bought State program and didn’t automatically find my business file to be attached to send. Had to search out where it was saved. The links to files on my computer were wrong. This file was just generated. Be nice if it had the proper file for you to select.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Bought the product rather than paying someone, but wasn’t much difference in price. I also have never had any issues with IRS and this year I’m being audited. So I will NOT be using them ever again.

I have been using this product when it was orginally call Tax Cut. I have always had an overall good experience with it. While it does a overall wonderful job, it does have issues with respect to handling investment Schedule K-1's (which I thankfully no longer deal with because of the complexity).

I've been using this program for years and like it quite a bit. Only gripe I have is that when you print the state portion, it has you go back and print off parts of the federal return with it. That should just be automatic.
