I found that I needed to file for an extension, so I saved what I had until I had the necessary info to complete my return. When I went back to complete, the program started the return as if I had not entered much of anything. I had to reinput my name, address, and income information again. Not very accommodating.
Cons: Time consuming

Refund is being held hostage. They want pay stubs...when they already have my W-2...seems fishy to me. H&R was relatively easy enough. The State filing was not free so had to do something else.
