I have used H&R Block tax software for a number of years. Each year the info from the previous year is downloaded making navigating the form and lessening input of main data. The questions are easy to understand as you complete your tax form, support is available if needed, and printing and electronically filing both federal and state returns are seamless.

The last part of the program is a little confusing. I would make the planning part easier to understand. The part that plans for future estimates is very confusing. I always have to do it manually. Also, the Quarterly Estimated forms should be available to print as a convenience fo the user.
