I have been a customer for over ten years. I originally started using TaxCut software. It is the easier software to use, the interview process is a great starting point for any return. I will continue using this software to do my taxes. My only issue is the print feature. I would like to be able to print a single form (for filing) at any time, instead of having to print the entire return. I review my work on these forms and if I find where I have to make a correction, I don't want to print the entire file.

I am not a financial person, so there are times when I don't understand what the software is or should be doing, but overall it is very helpful. I think the biggest problem for me is people sometimes use different terminology for the same thing and it gets confusing.

I found it a bit confusing where to input my past state early payment. After I finally figured out where to NOT input it and where to later input it, my return then took on a complete and correct reporting view.
