First of all the software itself is great and very easy to use.
But the fact that we pay a private company money to file our taxes properly is dumb. and if you have multiple tax forms you have to pay more money. I understand that free tax prep is available, but this is dumb
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The software is a great time saver at a low cost. Easy to use. Have used it for several years. Local tax form though not part of the flow. Need to search for. Also first time having to pay IRS through efile. Instructions were not clear to me. Hence I ended up having to pay a penalty. If the software asks for credit card info I expected the process was automatic. It’s not. Didn’t see the fine print.
