Software is fine, able to complete without issue. Most disappointing portion is the is no discount for repeat customer. Offers though company email is more expensive than I have paid in the last two years.
Pros: Easy to prepare

It worked well until it did not. I complained about this earlier, but never got a response. The software entered the wrong amount for my AGI for the previous year, and would not let me correct it or override it. Instead of the ease of eFiling, I had to mail hard copies in to both the Federal and State Government. I will use another brand of software next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
