I have been using the H & R Tax software for many years. I can typically find it on-line each January for an excellent price. I had difficulty figuring out how to report a stock option exercise a few years ago, but they have added instructions for this in recent years.

The reasons I continue to use H&R Block Deluxe software year after year are varied. Not only does the software walk you through each area easily, but because I use the software on my laptop versus online the data is virtually hack-free. Sending my taxes digitally is also quick and easy and it says me time.

I love how it walks you through all the sections and has a deduction pro app. I can't imagine any need to change to any other product.
