Software could be more user friendly. Every year it never lets me register the product. I'm not sure if it's because I have a MAC or it's a software problem.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Does everything I need in tax preparation except one minor item. It covers all my stock trades, interest, dividends and capital gains, but cannot handle "Non covered securities with undetermined holding period on form 8949".

Usually state comes back before federal but not this time. They had to review all forms and cut my refund by about half. They said the form was wrong. First time I have ever had a problem.
