I I have used your software for years and will continue to do so. I like its simplicity and ease of user, however my only complaint is occasionally I find myself trying to find where an entry was made so I can make a change. I find your automated help hard to use.

Multi-decade user of HRB’s tax products, and we continues to use the deluxe version although our return has simplified & we no longer use a state version. The interview process simply works, the program resolves this user’s math “burps”, and we’ll continue to use it every tax season.

The software provides guidance through the tax prep process. Some understanding of how to approach and do taxes is needed. The software will produce an accurate and complete form when finished. i do find it annoying that I am constantly asked to upgrade the software when I feel I am using the correct software.
