Worked well and accurately as it has always in the past 6 or 8 years. However, this year, the software was not able to pull in last year's return. The file format was correct. Not resolved.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Would be nice if the estimated tax calculator (1040 ES) applied a prior refund to the first quarters rather than averaging it over four.
