The software is very helpful. When the user does not know a topic, the software is rwady with answers and good, comprehensive explanations of the answers.
The software guides the user from beginning to end. The user never feels alone and without help. I like the software. Thank you.

Your email with the enclosed survey is titled: "We value your opinion". I don't think so! You don't give a rats rear end about my opinion. Once again your software was full of glitches and impossible to get help with. Why don't you get the bugs out before you release it???I really hate your software. I think I will switch next year.
