I purchased this program offline after filling my taxes last year from 2022 and trying to e-file them but there was an error that occurred so you gave me a 50% discount to purchase this year's deluxe + state tax program. So everything worked out wonderfully and I'm very pleased with my entire experience and appreciated the discount to make things right with the e-filing not going through!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used this software for a few years now and this is the first time I’ve have the problem of completing the return and it won’t allow me to as it says the vehicle expence form has to be updated by irs what does that even mean

The software would not let me import Vanguard data even though Vanguard provided an ID which was supposed to allow this. Finally, I added the data manually. H and R's "help" program was of no help. Next year I plan to try another tax software/
Cons: Hard to import documents
