I have used your tax program for over 10 years. I find the process logical, and the questions and fill in blanks are easy to understand. I know that if I have questions I can find the answer or explanation in the very helpful pop-ups. I think you have made a very complex subject as easy and understandable as possible.

This year when I selected Finish in the Federal form, it sent me to my state form. Thank goodness. Last year I had problems with that when I hit finished on my Federal it automatically sent it. That was bad. This year it worked properly. It asked me after I finished my state form and how I wanted to send my Federal and how I wanted to send my state.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Minnesota tax integration- required manual

Poor. Minnesota state e file was rejected because of hr block / mn edit. Had to file on paper. The error was related to property tax for renters where income was less than rent paid. I called support line they confirmed a cryptic message and indicated manual filing was required. I expect this will prevent me from using hr block in future
