You would get a 5 star if you stop trying to upsell me while I'm using your product and stop marketing to me after I purchase it. I quit using Turbo tax years ago because of the upselling during use and now I see you picked up that bad habit now that you are together. And I keep getting emails to purchase your product long after I purchase it.

For some reason - last year and this year when I owe taxes - Taxcut won’t pay the taxes due even when I input my bank info. Last year I had to pay the penalty and interest and will have to again this year because my tax payment was not made through taxcut. Will not be using in the future unless this problem is resolved
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year they didn't integrate with Bank of America so I had to type in all my investments manually. Almost as bad as last year when their e-file service went dead the day before the deadline. I'm definitely going to shop around for tax software next year.

This software had so many bugs and issues this year. I had a very difficult time getting the forms to populate correctly. I had to use another service to compare final results because of it. Almost switched to another company but finally got everything fixed at last minute.
